But, before we start!
I want to remind you that the FREE prelude class for 'Why Not Now?' is tomorrow, February 21.
It's called 'Meet Your Project,' and it's all about finding clarity around that amazing thing you (maybe even secretly) want to do.
Even if you can't make it, sign up to get the recording, free.

One of the many wonderful things about being part of 'Why Not Now?' is the making of connections with fascinating people.
People like Simone Seol.
Simone is doing so many interesting things that it's hard for me not to be linking to her constantly on Facebook and the like.
For instance, creating a completely new identity for her site, along with sweet, hand-drawn mascots like Ollie.
Launching a nifty yoga nidra kit (more about this below), which, I can say from experience, is beautifully calming and relaxing.
Teaching Shiva Nata.
Showing us how to fall asleep and how wake up, ever so gently.
I could go on.
Here's what Simone had to say about her 'Why Not Now?' experience.

Tell me something about the project you chose for 'Why Not Now?'
The project I initially chose for 'Why Not Now?' was my yoga nidra project, but I wasn't intensely invested in it because I had many other things going on. Mainly, I was generally intrigued by the concept of "Why not now?"
The project that did end up coming to completion unexpectedly -- my School Therapy! e-course -- was an idea that randomly landed on my brain in the middle of the two weeks of 'Why Not Now?' Being on the 'Why Not Now?' journey gave me what I needed in order to plan an entire course in something like two days.
In 'Why Not Now?' we're working on our projects together, in community, through our calls, and on our class page. How was that for you?
Oh, there is certainly great power to collective voyaging, being witnesses to each other.
What stands out to me most right now, many months after my 'Why Not Now?' experience, is the relationships I've formed from the people that I met there. I've developed such incredible friendships and useful connections with people who would eventually become my consigliere, colleagues, customers and providers of general supportiveness. Yay, 'Why Not Now!'
What are some qualities you would choose to represent your 'Why Not Now?' experience?
Safety and permission. Absolutely.
We're all working on our projects and we're all asking the same, incredibly smart, pointed questions but there is no 'right' answer. No one is going to criticize you for not doing it correctly.
The point is not to push or execute or do it 'right' but gently inquire. Maryann models this so well, and the culture of the program holds these qualities
There are also two paradoxical truths that I learned from 'Why Not Now?'
One, yes, starting to ask "why not now?" can bring you to accomplish a surprising amount of things in an insanely short time period. That's how I planned School Therapy!, and it's also how I learn to move through my recent projects so fast (I completely re-designed my website, re-wrote most of the copy and re-branded everything in the span of a week. I produced my Yoga Nidra package, which includes a 37-page, content-heavy e-book and three audios, in two weeks. Oh, and the quality is excellent according to internal and external feedback ;-)
On the other hand, I also learned that it's not about getting it done now.
What's more important, in fact, is the gentle, loving, non-forceful curiosity that you learn to develop around working on your projects.
Actually, whether something happens 'now' or 'later' is inconsequential if you're mindfully interacting with yourself-in-the-process. Time is just a construct. This is the 'advanced' lesson of the 'Why Not Now?' program (at least the one that I came away with!)
What's the project that most excites you right now?
It's so timely that I should be answering these questions, because the seed that I planted during 'Why Not Now?' months ago just came into full fruition.
I launched Yoga Nidra: The Art & Science of Yogic Sleep today. This is, in fact, the perfect timing for this to come out into the world and everything feels very congruent.
I am tending to the active unfolding of my business, the House of HipGnosis, by expanding my private practice and getting my feet wet in teaching live events.
My first Shiva Nata class was also a very 'Why Not Now'-esque experience; thinking about it, deciding to go head, scheduling it, booking space, writing the copy, and the whole class selling out took about two and a half days total.
I am teaching more Shiva Nata and am brainstorming many more wackily fabulous events and products. Everyday I wake up excited with possibility.
